In a bowl chicken and add everything listed above except for lemon,chilies and fried onions
Mix very well and marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight in in the fridge.
In a pan heat up some ghee or butter and add the marinated chicken. Not the gravy.
Cook in medium heat covering with a lid and check on it every 3-4 minutes. stir making sure all the sides are cooking evenly.
add the marination and base the chicken with that constantly with the help opfa brush.
Now put the heat down to lowest and simmer the chicken in that gravy for another 10-20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
add some more cream on top, fried onions, chillies, lemon slices and cover for another few minutes.
serve hot with some spicy salads and some pulao, naan or porota on the side.
