In a pan add oil, add in the potatoes, a bit of salt and cook until golden brown.
add sliced onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until translusent
Add a cup of water, chili paste/powder and turmeric powder and stir well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes before adding the washed dried fish.
mix and cook again in medium-low heat until oil seperates.
Now add the flat beans/sheem and salt and stir. add a splash of water, cover with a lid, and cook until sheem and aloo is soft.
lastly garnish with coriander and serve hot with plain rice and a slice of lemon.
