Ingredients
  

  • 250g banana prawns, medium sized. cleaned with shell.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh chili paste
  • 1 cup chopped coriander and spring onion. half half.
  • 2 tbsp thai red chili/ fresh chili chopped
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce optional
  • 1 tsp salt/or to taste
To marinate prawn
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper/white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder optional.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.

Equipment

  • 1 pan/tawa to cook

Method
 

  1. Marinate the prawns with the ingredients listed above.
  2. In a hot tawa add butter, add the marinated prawns. make a space in the middle and add the minced garlic too.
  3. cook everythung in high heat, flip the prawns and cook on the other side too. then mix and everything together.
  4. Add salt, chiles, coriander and spring onion and cook for a few minutes again.
  5. Goal is to cook the prawns to perfection while making sure garlic and other spices are nicelu cooked and fragrant .
  6. Now add the chili paste and mix again. lastly add some sweet chili sauce for a balance, sone lemon juice for a tang.
  7. Serve with rice/pasta or noodles. enjoy.
