- Marinate the prawns with the ingredients listed above.
- In a hot tawa add butter, add the marinated prawns. make a space in the middle and add the minced garlic too.
- cook everythung in high heat, flip the prawns and cook on the other side too. then mix and everything together.
- Add salt, chiles, coriander and spring onion and cook for a few minutes again.
- Goal is to cook the prawns to perfection while making sure garlic and other spices are nicelu cooked and fragrant .
